Baby Corn And Paneer Jalfrezi

Recipe of the week 🙂

Hmm… how should I describe the dish? Let me try 1) Tangy 2) Spicy 3) Slightly sweet 4) Colorful. Oh yes how else can I describe the dish better than this.

Jalfrezi is the dishes originated during British rule in east India. Jalfrezi is one of the popular dishes in many Indian restaurants. It is basically stir frying the veggies.

It is also great as stuffing for Kati roll. When it is done serve them immediately.
