Peas masala is a very simple dish that goes well not only with chapati and poori but also with pulao and other flavored rice like ghee rice, jeera rice etc. No fancy ingredients needed to prepare this dish, and not much of work yet a very delicious which everyone would love.

Ingredients: 1 Cup fresh green peas 0.5 Cup chopped onion 1 Medium size sliced tomato 2-3 Chopped Green chillies 0.5 Teaspoon turmeric powder 0.5 Teaspoon chilli powder 0.5 Garam masala powder 1 Teaspoon coriander powder 1 Tablespoon oil Salt to taste.
- In a pan heat oil, add chopped onions, green chillies and salt. Sauté till it turns golden brown.
- Add sliced tomato following with dry ingredients turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder and garam masala powder. Sauté till the tomatoes are soft.
- Now, add fresh green peas and mix well.
- Close the lid and cook for 2-3 minutes.
